Really easy and fast to make. I usually cook it in a cast iron pan, but a glass pan is fine.
Melt one cube butter in 9x13 pan at 400.
Blend together
6 eggs
Add
1c milk
1/2c sugar
1c flour
1 teasp vanilla
1/2 teasp salt
Pour over butter, bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.

I've had these and they are sooo good with maple syrup. Especially syrup for here in New England
