1 lb ground beef
2c mashed potatoes
4 oz cream cheese
1 c cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic minced
4 cups veggies
1 cup beef gravy
Brown meat, drain. Add veggies and gravy. Spoon into 9 inch pan. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, half of cheddar cheese and garlic. Spoon over meat. Sprinkle left over cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

You should try putting in ground sausage instead of hamburger. It adds a tasty spice. The recipe I make is sausage, canned diced tomato, any canned veggie (beans and corn preferred in our home), and top with mashed potatoes. We don't add cheese which I know is a sin in Hillary's home:)
